Effectiveness of Cultural Change Capacity Enhancement Program for Nursing Home Staff
Lee Min-Hong

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of a culture change capacity enhancement program for nursing home staff. A total of 32 workers from the four nursing facilities participated in the program. The effectiveness of the
program was addressed by the B + single case design (four times of survey), and the descriptive statistics and One-Way Repeated-Measures Analysis of Variance were used. The results showed that there were statistically significant changes in perception of professionalism, quality of service, resident-centered care and resident-directed environment after completing the program. However, there were no significant differences in job satisfaction, job commitment, burnout and turnover intention. Based on the findings of this research, the training programs and strategies to promote culture change in nursing homes were discussed.
